Mike did a fantastic job bringing my bespoke catio vision to life. From the outset, communication was excellent, he was friendly, approachable and happy to listen to my ideas, adapting the design as the project developed to make sure it suited exactly what I wanted.
The project wasn’t quite finished on the original date due to running out of materials and other commitments, but Mike kept me informed throughout, was genuinely apologetic, and returned on the agreed date to complete everything to a high standard.
He was the only local tradesperson willing to take on my unusual design, including connecting a bespoke extension to my existing catio, and his pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received.
I’m really pleased with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. I’ll definitely be using him again for future woodworking projects.
